Compton College Track
1111 East Artesia Blvd., Compton
(Use Artesia Blvd. entrance, visitor parking (green curb), and gather at track).
Please arrive on time for prayer, and warm-up and stretch with Phil Davenport, Certified Personal Trainer. Breakfast snack will be provided, just bring your water and a towel.

Quick & Berry Healthy Oatmeal
2 Tablespoons Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal
1 Teaspoon Bob's Red Mill Flax Meal (Not Seeds)
1 Pinch Cinnamon
1 Pinch Salt (optional)
1/4 Cup Blue Berries
1/3 Cup Water
To Taste Honey
In a microwave safe bowl add all ingredients, except for honey. Microwave for one minute. Carefully remove bowl, protecting hands. Drizzle honey and enjoy!
